Schmerz Camp

Schmerz Camp is a play about seven women who find themselves in a surreal chronic pain clinic, finding ways through their suffering with acerbic humour and resilience. Choruses, solo performance, large ensemble group scenes and monologues come together to tell the stories of the varied patients who deal with chronic pain and disability in an abled society. This play premiered in Germany at Theater Bremen in November 2023.
